Half Marathon Training week 3

This week was a bad week. I only did 4.5 miles of running. With the rain on Thursday and Saturday I wasn't able to get out. I know most die hards would be out there in the rain but I don't have rain gear so it didn't happen. I was also battling some stomach issues this week. It wasn't the flu but I woke up several nights this week with indigestion. Next week starts the real program of building my mileage. Feeling pretty good with the base I have built.
